Honeywell’s Lyric controller offers multiple features:

• Honeywell’s Lyric SMART Thermostat saves money on energy and it is intuitive and adapts to YOU! (Geofence, Notifications, Perfect Temperature).
• Mobile Control: Any phone, any tablet, anywhere.
• Snapshots: The Lyric Controller’s built-in camera allows you to look in and can send you a picture when the system is disarmed.
• Video: Picture the possibilities with real-time video alerts and camera viewing.
• Keypad: Portable protection that can be placed on walls, tabletops or nightstands. Arm or disarm your system, summon emergency response and receive system status updates with sound and voice virtually anywhere in your home.
• 24/7 Monitoring: You sleep. We don’t. Enjoy peace of mind by having Lyric monitored using a ULC listed CSAA 5 diamond central station that will react as you wish to all the signals (Fire, Burglary, Water, temperature etc.) on your behalf.

Through the use of Total Connect and Lyric you can control and use the SkyBell Video Door bell or the popular August WiFi lock.

Wireless and Cellular: Wi-Fi® (802.11 b/g/n), Supports GSM-3G HSPA, Imbedded Z-Wave® to support automation products using the Z-Wave protocol, SiXâ„¢ Two-Way Wireless Technology to support Lyric wireless sensors, also supports Honeywell’s older 5800 series devices (including hardwired and some 3rd party wireless takeover modules).

Built-in Camera: Captures photo of who disarmed the system, 640-by-480 photo resolution, 2MP camera.

Video Cameras: Support for simultaneously viewing four Honeywell Total Connect® video cameras per screen, Supports eight IP cameras, four per screen.

Sounds: 10 chimes to hear when a sensor is tripped (ex: a door opens or closes).

Voice Announcement: Listen to system state, sensor state, and more (e.g., armed away or front door open). Announcement Languages include English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Voice-Assisted Scenes. Use your voice to run smart scenes, which are trigger commands to control multiple devices at once Available Commands: Wake up/Bedtime/Leaving the house/Returning home/Evening time/Cameras.

Users: Supports 48 system users.

Lyric Two-Way Wireless Keys: Incorporates Honeywell SiX Two-Way Wireless Technology, Supports eight wireless keys, each typically assigned to one user, Each wireless key supports a minimum of eight action keys.

Sensors: Supports 128 wireless sensors. Common Lyric Sensors: All Lyric sensors include the following features (128 bit AES encryption, battery level indicator, signal strength indicator, firmware upgradable). Sensor for doors and windows. Motion Detector: 80lb pet immunity (remotely programmable).
