I started pole dancing 6 years ago and I also practice aerial hoop and straps. Pole dancing is so much more than an art or form or fitness. To me it is a cathartic experience in which I am able to connect mind and body and express passion through movement. I believe this expression is also cathartic for others to watch so that is why I perform in Toronto with the Flying Foxes pole dance troupe and I am honored to compete in Miss Pole Dance Canada. I teach pole dancing at Felinity in Toronto
